– We value the importance of after-sales service and training. During the warranty period, we will replace the defective parts for you free of charge to ensure the normal use of the machine. At the same time, through remote guidance and on-site teaching, we will provide complete and detailed training services to ensure that you can fully understand our machines and determine the cause of the failure in a timely manner.
– Normally it would be 1 year during which period we would be in charge of the exchange of spare parts requested as agreed. And an extension warranty package also provided as client requirement.
– We suggest using the machine no more than 8 years , and do the maintenance each year for the injector.
– Machine would be packaged in a solid plywood box with much foam, and anti-moisture plastic cover, to ensure the good condition of Delivery. .
